What makes your clocks "tick"?
We use high quality quartz movements in all our clocks. They make a soft ticking sound. All clocks require one AA battery that is not included. Clock faces are not covered. Hands styles will vary and most have a hand applied distressed finish. We test all time movements for 24 hours prior to shipment. By the way, clocks make the perfect gift!. Read the product descriptions for clock dimensions. Round clocks all hang - others may stand or hang.
What is a water slip decal?
Water slip decals are images that once cut from the page and submerged in water for a few seconds, will "slip" from the paper backing and adhere to almost any smooth, sealed surface. They have a transparent background and once applied, appear to be "painted" on. Full instructions are included with every purchase. Most decals can be resized for your needs up to approx. 8 x 10 inches. Our decals are sold on full 8.5 x 11 inch sheets. The image you view on our website is a picture of the actual decal page, however, remember, the copyright statements you view on screen do not appear on the decal sheets you will receive. Attention: these are not ceramic/porcelain decals and cannot be fired in a kiln.

How do you ship and when will I get my order?
We ship most orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Large orders may ship via FedEx Ground, whichever is more cost effective. Priority Mail is fast and we can track your shipment online to make certain it arrives. Remember, your item is made at time of order. Most items ship within 2-3 days after we receive your order. Large orders may require an additional 2-3 days production time prior to shipping. International orders are shipped USPS global priority only. We notify you with shipping information via email.
What are these things made of?
Our signs, plaques and clocks are made from MDF wood. MDF is wood board made from recycled mill scrap that is refined into fibers, and pressed at high temperatures. Recycled wood - great idea! Plaques and clocks are produced on quarter inch thick stock. Dimensionally cut plaques are crafted on eighth inch thick MDF. Plaques will hang or stand per item description. If pictured with ribbon hanger, ribbon color and pattern may vary from that pictured. Certain designs are embellished with glitter. Most die cuts are designed to stand only. Read items' descriptions - certain items are made specifically to hang or stand only. The copyright symbols you view on screen do not appear on the actual product you receive.
Can I use this outdoors?
We do not recommend you use our products out of doors. But, if you insist, do so only in very weather protected areas and out of direct sunlight.
What about a different size?
Depending upon the design, most plaques and decals can be resized. Email us with your request - Additional costs may apply.
May I get my own words on a plaque or sign, etc.?
Absolutely! Yes, we personalize. We do it all the time. If you like a certain plaque design but instead of saying "welcome", you want something else, just give us the details in the "comments" box of the checkout page or email us with your request. There is usually no additional charge.

Our checkout page will take you to a fully secure checkout page at PayPal.com. You may use MasterCard, VISA, American Express - any major credit card. All payments are processed through PayPal online. You may also pay by check through PayPal. Simply follow the instructions during checkout. PayPal™ is secure. What about returns?
We carefully inspect each item we produce prior to shipping to insure it is of the highest quality. Time movements are tested for 24 hours prior to shipping. Please remember, each product is handmade at the time of order. In the event you must return an item, please email us with details as to the reason for your return request and we will work with you to make certain your expectations are met. Your satisfaction is truly our ultimate goal. IMPORTANT: All items are individually created and will therefore have distinct variations in finish and color. We work very hard to display color values as they actually appear on finished product. Because of the wide variance in the way computer monitors display colors, slight hue and shade variations may exist between final product and computer image. This does not constitute a defect in workmanship.
